I saw you in the snow 

laughing against my shoulder 

unsure that it were true

I saw you as I’d remembered 

my love – there are far too many 

things I’ve been dying to do

Yet, you’d spoken all you had 

it was long too late to ask

So I’ll walk along this snowy path 

and enjoy the night with you.
